    If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your item(s) for refund via www.explorerauthentic.com within 30 days from date of invoice. Refund will be transferred into your Explorer Authentic account in the form of store credits with a validity of 3 months from the refund date.

    How to return:

    1. Complete "Return Form".
    2. Pack your item(s) securely, include the "Return Form" and paste the “Return Shipping Label” provided, on your return parcel.
    3. Send the parcel via Registered Mail to the address stated on the "Return Shipping Label".
    4. You will be notified via email once your parcel reaches us. Further information will be provided in the email.

    Kindly take note of the following:

    • Returns are strictly via Registered Mail only.
    • You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
    • Returns will not be accepted at all retail stores in Singapore. Do ensure that you follow the steps above when processing your returns for item(s) purchased online. 
    • A final inspection will be done to ensure that the return item(s) is in its original condition, before we process your refund.
    • Please ensure that the item(s) is in original condition, original packaging and with the original tags attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
    • You will be refunded store credits into your Explorer Authentic account.
    • Refund value will be based on the merchandise value stated on your invoice less $4.50 for shipping fee. Free shipping is not applicable for purchases made with credit and you will have to pay for the shipping fee.
    • Shipping fee is a flat rate of $4.50 for Singapore orders.

    Defects / Wrong Items

    We're sorry for sending you defected / wrong item! Please email to hello@explorerauthentic.com with your order number, name of the defected item(s) and photographs of the defect within 15 days from receiving your parcel.

    International Returns

    If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund within 45 days from date of invoice. Follow the instructions below to pack your return item(s) and mail it back to us:

    1. Include the item(s) you would like to return, the completed return form and customs documents (for international orders) in your package.
    2. Seal your package securely and paste the “Return Shipping Label” provided, on your return package.
    3. Mail your package to address stated on the "Return Shipping Label".

    • We recommend that you post via Registered Mail and request for a delivery confirmation tracking number to ensure that your package is traceable throughout the return process.
    • A final inspection will be done to ensure that the return item(s) is in its original condition before we process your refund.
    • Please ensure that the item(s) is in its original condition, original packaging and with the original tags attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
    • You will be refunded store credits into your Explorer Authentic account with a validity of 3 months from the refund date.
    • Refund value will be based on the merchandise value as stated on your invoice, excluding shipping and handling charges from your initial order.
    • Exchange requests will not be accepted for all non-Singapore addresses. Please return the item(s) to us for a refund and place a new order.

     

    Explorer Authentic reserves the right to amend any policy or terms and conditions at any time without prior notification. In the event of any dispute, Explorer Authentic shall have all rights to the final decision.
